Kanye West's former manager John Monopoly and business partner Larro Wilson have created a new Chicago-based record label called Lawless Inc.

Monopoly and his company Hustle Period were behind the launches of some of today's big stars such as West, Carl Thomas and Shawnna. He's also served as VP of producer management at Violator, A&R at Jive Records and COO at West's G.O.O.D. Music Label.

Lawless Inc.'s first artist will be King Louie, whose single "Too Cool" has already received airplay throughout radio stations in Chicago and on the Internet. His remix featuring 2Chainz and Red Café will be released soon.
