DMX is sincere about staying clean and keeping positive. The rap star's impromptu visit to injured troops is the most recent example of this.
While doing a show in San Antonio last Thursday, a fan invited X to stop by Fort Sam Houston and he obliged the following day, reports TMZ.

"It made my day as much as it did their day," said DMX, who spent the day hanging out and even playing a little wheelchair basketball with some of the men. "One told me that I gave him the best early Christmas gift he ever got and that has me still smiling."
As previously reported, in October X revealed that he's finally kicked his longtime drug habit and is ready to get his life back on track.
