Cam'ron to Release New Solo Album in April

Cam'ron to release new solo album in April. He also confirmed that Vado has signed with Interscope Records.

During an interview with Trap.TV, Cam'ron shared that his upcoming solo album will be released next April. The rapper also revealed the cover art for his Boss of All Bosses Vol. 3 mix tape and explained why Jim Jones is the only guest on the project.

“Me and Vado that’s it. Jim is on there. [Producer] Araab [Muzik] got about, let’s say [out of] 17 songs, Araab on about 10…I’m always open to new production cause at the end of the day it ain’t about a name, to me it’s about what’s hot,” Cam'ron says. “It ain’t about the name.”

Cam then went on to confirm that Vado has signed a deal with Interscope Records and The Diplomats were still working on a reunion album. He's uncertain about whether it'll be released through Interscope.

“It’s definitely coming out, but we don’t know what label,” Cam’ron adds. "They’re negotiating, they put some numbers up. [The other labels] are undisclosed.”
