Surprise! The Queen Bee is not a fan of Nicki Minaj’s “Stupid H*e.”
Hip hop's original Queen Bee Lil Kim made an appearance on Bravo's Watch What Happens Live last night, and a lively conversation kept veering back to the topic of her rival, Nicki Minaj.
Asked how she felt about Minaj's much-criticized performance at the Grammy Awards last weekend, Kim sought comfort in consensus.
"I'm pretty sure I feel the same way everybody else feels right about now," she said.
On Minaj's recent diss track "Stupid H*e," however, Kim was a little more direct.
"I think if you have to make a song called 'Stupid H*e' then you must be a stupid h*e," she quipped.
Kim also took the occasion to reminisce about the late Whitney Houston, recounting a funny time she met the icon on a flight to the Bahamas and Whitney helped her rescue her dog from the overhead compartment.
"I met Whitney several times," Kim said. "She was the best, so down-to-earth."
The former Junior M.A.F.I.A. member released a new song on Valentine's Day called "If You Love Me."
