Chris Brown Under Investigation for Phone Jacking

Chris Brown accused of stealing camera phone from fan.

If it's not one thing it's another. Last week, a woman claimed that Chris Brown made a pass at her by making light of domestic violence, now another woman is saying the R&B singer called her a b***h and ran off with her phone after she snapped a photo of the singer outside a Miami Beach nightclub.

A rep for local police told TMZ that 24-year-old Christal Spann filed a police report on Sunday [February 19] against Brown. She claims that Breezy snatched her iPhone out of her hands and told her, "B***h, you're not gonna put that on the Internet" before driving off with it. Although no warrants have been issued, Brown risks being sent to jail for a parole violation if he is arrested.

Chris has yet to make a statement on the accusations. Last week, however, he publicly dismissed accusations that he flirted with a woman by joking that he promised not to hit her.

"That is absurd and absolutely not true," Brown said in a statement. "I did not say that nor would I joke about that."

In related news, Chris teamed up with Rihanna for remixes of her single "Birthday Cake" and his high-energy cut "Turn Up the Music." The musical collaborations are the first significant hookup between the two Grammy winners since Breezy was featured on the remix to Rih Rih’s breakout smash “Umbrella” in 2007, two years before Brown was convicted of assaulting Rihanna during an altercation on Grammy weekend.

With the new material, the couple has made it very clear that they have put their past issues behind them.
