After being charged with a DUI last month, it looks like Bobby Brown is going to get off with a firm slap on the wrist. Despite insisting that he wasn't under the influence, Brown pled "no contest" to one count of driving with a blood alcohol content level of .08 or higher and in exchange for the plea, prosecutors dropped the charges, reports TMZ.

As previously reported, Brown was arrested for DUI on March 26 in Van Nuys, a city just north of Los Angeles. Although he was originally pulled over for driving while talking on a cellphone, police said that he had been drinking and driving with an invalid license.

The "bad boy of R&B" originally faced six months in jail and $1,000 fine per charge but will now face no additional jail charges although he will be required to complete a 90-day alcohol program.
