The 75-year-old music legend was recently hospitalized with pneumonia.
Legendary musician Chuck Brown, known as the "Godfather of Go Go," died today in Washington, D.C., his daughter confirmed to ABC7's Sam Ford.
As previously reported, Brown recently postponed numerous shows due to a struggle with pneumonia that led to him being hospitalized in April.
Brown was 75 years old.
