A$AP Rocky Pleads Not Guilty to Robbery Charges
A$AP Rocky is defending himself against charges that he robbed two amateur photographers with whom he got into a scuffle with late Thursday night [July 19]. The up-and-coming rapper from Harlem has entered a "not guilty" plea in response to charges of second degree robbery, TMZ reports.
Rocky was arrested with his friend and crew member A$AP Bigga Bar$ late Thursday in New York. Police said the two men had tried to abscond with unknown items from the photographers after getting into a fight with them.
It's not the first time Rocky and his crew have gotten in trouble for fighting. The A$AP Mob and Sony Music have been named in a lawsuit filed by an SXSW stage manager who says he was pummeled by the rowdy rappers on stage at the festival last year.
