Rihanna Tells Oprah She Lost Her "Best Friend" Chris Brown

Rih Rih cries over Breezy in upcoming interview with Oprah.

In a leaked clip of an upcoming one-on-one interview with Oprah, Rihanna gets intimate with the Queen of Media about her break up with R&B star Chris Brown. After inviting O to her home island of Barbados, Rih Rih shares some vulnerable moments on camera during the latest episode of Oprah's Next Chapter. When O asked Rihanna about her tumultuous ending with Chris Brown, the tears started to flow as the pop star reflected on the domestic violence incident.

"It was embarrassing, it was humiliating," she said between tears. "I lost my best friend."

The episode, set to air August 19 at 9pm on OWN, has generated quite a bit of buzz about her openness and display of emotions. However, the singer has other things to worry about, including a pending lawsuit with her former accountants.

The Talk That Talk celebrity is suing her former accounting firm Berdon LLP for the millions she lost on her 2009 Last Girl on Earth tour. She claims the company mismanaged her funds and failed to tell her that she was losing profits. They also charged her a 22% commission, which she feels is above standard pricing.

Berdon LLP has responded, telling TMZ that they were not responsible for the star’s losses, and that she signed a contract agreeing to the commission. There still hasn’t been a ruling by a judge.
