Family Orders Second Autopsy for Chris Lighty

An independent forensic pathologist reviews death of hip hop exec.

Though the death of Violator founder and manager to the stars Chris Lighty was ruled a suicide last week, members of his family are seeking a second opinion.
Dave Lighty, Chris's brother, has procured the services of forensic pathologist Michael Baden to review the death, which was caused by a gunshot wound to the head. A prior autopsy by a New York medical examiner declared the incident a suicide, but Dave isn't convinced that's the full story, according to the Associated Press.
Baden performed initial tests on Wednesday and is awaiting results.
Many in the hip hop community were stunned by Lighty's death last Thursday, with friends and loved ones, including his wife, Veronica, coming forward to say they can't understand why he would have killed himself.

Yesterday [September 5] a host of hip hop stars including Diddy, 50 Cent, Lauryn Hill, Busta Rhymes attended a memorial service for the famed manager to the stars.
