Probation violation lands the rapper in jail.
Lil Scrappy was arrested in Atlanta yesterday for a probation violation. The 28-year-old "Money in the Bank" rapper and Love and Hip Hop: Atlanta star was seen being placed into handcuffs on the side of the road yesterday afternoon.
According to TMZ, Scrappy's arrest was connected to a 2008 probation sentence that forbade him from drinking or possessing drugs until 2013. He was also ordered to complete a substance abuse education program and perform 240 hours of community service.
It's not clear what specifically Scrappy is accused of that led to his arrest. He was taken to the DeKalb County Jail.
