Cee Lo Green's sexual battery accuser claims he gave her ecstasy, took her to a hotel room and had sex with her. That's according to a new report by TMZ, which cites anonymous sources familiar with the case. Cee Lo has not been charged with a crime by police.

According to the unidentified woman's account, she went to a restaurant in LA with Cee Lo and had a drink but doesn't remember anything after that. She says she later woke up naked in a hotel room with the singer present.

After going to police, the accuser was reportedly asked to make a "pretext call" to Cee Lo, during which she attempted to get him to admit to all or part of the crime while secretly being recorded. On that call, Green allegedly makes multiple references to the use of ecstasy, although he never says anything about slipping it in a drink.

Reps for the singer deny that the hotel incident or the phone call took place, saying that if such evidence existed, Cee Lo would have already been charged and arrested. They say that the accuser reached out to Cee Lo's manager looking to get money and only went to the cops after he refused. More on this story as it develops.
