Game Donated $10,000 to Hurricane Sandy Voters
Game refused to allow Hurricane Sandy to dissuade some New Yorkers from voting in yesterday's election. The hip hop star shelled out $10,000 to help 500 displaced storm victims cast their ballots, covering gas or other transportation costs.
The rapper didn't stop there though. He also helped shuttle people to the polls in his own car. He told TMZ that the money was meant to help voters who were hit hard by last week's disaster still exercise their right to vote, regardless of whether or not they were voting for President Obama.
Game, who lives in L.A., says he voted by absentee ballot and tweeted excitedly after the election results, "#Obama 2012-2016 is yours."
