Lil Wayne to Executive Produce Juelz Santana Album

Santana reveals Weezy's key role on Born to Lose, Built to Win.

Juelz Santana and Lil Wayne have re-united, but not in the way you may have expected. The two rappers still have no plans to release their mythological collaboration album I Can't Feel My Face, but Weezy will play a key role on Juelz' next solo LP, Born to Lose, Built to Win. The Young Money captain will serve as the project's executive producer.
"I went out to Miami to chop it up with Wayne. I actually asked him to executive produce my album Born to Lose," Juelz revealed yesterday on MTV's RapFix Live. "He agreed to it, so that's gonna be coming."
Juelz hasn't released a solo album since What the Game's Been Missing! in 2005. Prior to the new project's arrival, the Harlem emcee plans to satiate fans with a new mixtape series called God Willin,' the first volume of which is due in January.
Despite the failure to launch I Can't Feel My Face, the "There It Go (The Whistle Song)" rapper said he and Wayne plan to make the most of their work together on Born to Lose.
"Best thing to do is to reach out to [Lil Wayne] and figure out how we can still make it the best thing possible," he said. "And I figured to ask him to executive produce my album would be a great thing."
