Azealia Banks Accuses Coldplay's Manager of Domestic Violence

The hip hop star claims music exec Dave Holmes assaulted her.

Never shy about confronting those who wrong her, Azealia Banks took to Twitter yesterday to throw out a serious claim of domestic abuse against her reported manager/boyfriend.

Last night, the Harlem-bred rapper alleged that Dave Holmes, who manages the rock super band Coldplay, assaulted her and revealed his history of violence against her.

"ColdPlay’s manager Dave Holmes is a piece of sh--. Second time he has put his f----- hands on me," Banks tweeted. caught wind of the tweet before it was quickly deleted. Ensuing tweets from the always candid talent suggest that there are serious problems in her relationship with the 40-year-old music exec, whom she has reportedly been dating for months.

"You know how someone lets you down once…And you give them another chance, and they let you down again?" Banks asked her followers. "And you feel stupid…Because you knew better?"

News of Banks’ relationship with Holmes first broke in June, when she severed business ties with Lady Gaga’s manager Troy Carter.
