The pop icon plans to wed wealthy mogul, Wissam Al Mana, in the spring.
Janet Jackson may have sang the chart-topping jam "Let’s Wait Awhile" in 1987, but the wait is over for the music superstar and her billionaire boyfriend, Wissam Al Mana.
US Weekly is reporting that the power couple plans to wed in the spring of 2013 after Al Mana gave Jackson a ginormous engagement ring earlier this year.
"She's afraid it will get lost, so she keeps it locked up!" a source told US Weekly of the multi-million dollar rock.
Another insider that spoke to the celeb magazine revealed some details as to the planning of the lavish wedding. "He is flying in all of Janet's friends and family on private jets." That should be exciting given the penchant for things to get rowdy when the Jackson clan comes together under one roof.
A source close to Mrs. Jackson says that the twice married star is eager to make the third time the charm and start a family.
"She wants kids," says the source. "If she can't have them, she will adopt."
The couple became an item two years ago after Jackson split with music producer Jermaine Dupri in 2009.
