Waka Flocka Flame Says "No Beef" With Gucci Mane
Waka Flocka Flame is either in denial or so far removed from his issues with Gucci Mane that he can't even see them anymore.
Despite being kicked out of Gucci's crew via Twitter and vowing to never work with him again, Waka told Montreality that there is no bad blood between the two.
"We [on] two paths in our lives," he explained. "Ain't no beef, no animosity. It's just that me and him see two different goals. I guess we both'll be at the finish line we just going our own two routes. That's all I can say."
He didn't go into detail about what led to the split, in fact, he shrugged it off altogether.
"People they just can't put a finger on it. Like, 'What's the reason?'" Waka continued. "Sometimes it's none of your f----n' business what's the reason. You know what I'm saying? Just understand two men went they own ways, but it's no problem."
According to Gucci's Twitter timeline (allegedly the work of a hacker), the 26-year-old 1017 Brick Squad Records signee was somehow disloyal.
Waka recently told MTV's Sway that he has no intentions of doing business with Guwop ("I'll party with you, but I'm not doing no kind of business with you," he said).
Still, he insists the path he's on is a high road and, via his upcoming Flockaveli 2 release, will continue to lyrically rep Brick Squad.
"When you think of Brick Squad you only hear Waka's voice, so that's my company at the end of the day."
Gucci is currently on lock down for assaulting a fan.
