The rapper turned himself in yesterday over a disputed drug test.
After just 24 hours in lockup, Lil Scrappy is a free man.
The rapper has been released from an Atlanta jail after turning himself in yesterday, TMZ reports. Scrap had a warrant out for his arrest following a probation violation for submitting a tampered drug test and refusing to take a new one.
A judge ordered Scrappy's release after his lawyer filed a successful motion to have the warrant recalled, saying the rapper maintains he never submitted a falsified urine sample in the first place. A hearing has been set for May 16 to determine the rapper's fate.
