Yeezy shows off his comedic side for the season finale.
Who says Kanye West can't take a joke? To promote his forthcoming performance on Saturday Night Live's season finale this weekend, Yeezy pokes fun at himself.
Rocking a large bandage on his head (a comedic ode to his recent run-in with a street sign), a hilariously stone-faced West stands with his arms across his chest as SNL cast member Fred Armisen and episode host Ben Affleck offer their own version of nonchalant excitement. At one point Armisen even tries to entice West into a freestyle, to which Ye dryly replies, "Don't do that."
Although West will perform, don't expect to see the one-time Louis Vuitton Don in any "muthaf---ing skits" because his life "ain't no motherf---ing" joke — an announcement of which was made at his performance at the Adult Swim Upfront showcase in New York, Wednesday (May 15).
During the rant-astic interlude, he also proclaimed himself "the worst kinda celebrity" because all he does is "make real music."
West will hit the SNL stage this Saturday night (May 18).
