2 Chainz Robbery Video Surfaces

Footage shows gunman chasing rapper and his entourage.

Following conflicting reports that rapper 2 Chainz and his crew were robbed at gunpoint in San Francisco, footage of the incident has surfaced on the Internet. TMZ has obtained surveillance video footage of the robbery.

The grainy video shows the explosive confrontation of the rapper and his entourage frantically running for their lives as two gunman chase them. At the end of the video a person who appears to be 2 Chainz can be seen falling to the ground as a gunman hovers over him.

Debunking previous reports in which San Francisco police officials initially confirmed that the rapper was there but “wasn’t the victim,” the video displays otherwise.

The footage shows 2 Chainz and his entourage calmly walking down the street when they were suddenly bombarded by two men who proceeded to chase them with guns pointed. One gunman can be seen specifically chasing the rapper with a firearm.

According to TMZ, police reported that the thieves stole the rapper’s cellphone and wallet. Apparently 2 Chainz is not one to pack lightly as a man can be seen running up the street with what seems to be the stolen cash stashed under his clothes.

Soon after the incident, 2 Chainz took to Twitter to firmly deny that he was robbed, despite the obvious hard proof:

“Rule #1 if a rapper gets robbed people usually post items that has been taken,” he tweeted.

No arrests have yet been made in connection to the incident.
