Justin Bieber Exonerated After Hitting Photographer With Ferrari

Police find photog at fault for run-in with singer.

Justin Bieber's infamous need for speed got him out of trouble for once. Police absolved the teen heartthrob of misconduct following a run-in with the paparazzi in West Hollywood, CA, last night (Jun. 17).

The Biebs and sidekick Lil Twist were being blocked by photogs while leaving the Laugh Factory in his white Ferrari at about 11:45 p.m. Momentarily blinded by the flashbulbs, a video shows Bieber motioning for the crowd to move away, and he mistakingly clips a photographer in the process.

Bieber speeds off. The sidelined man turns the spotlight on himself, falling to the ground in the middle of the street, before being carried to the sidewalk. Police investigated, and interviewed Bieber. They concluded that the photographer wasn't seriously injured, but was at fault for pursuing the Canadian singer.
Apparently, all the 19-year-old wanted to do was take a load off at the famed comedy club. "Sometimes u just wanna go to a comedy club and have a laugh," he tweeted Tuesday (Jun. 18). "No trouble. just want to laugh."
