Early October may mark the beginning of fall everywhere else but in Atlanta things are only going to heat up as A3C comes to town Oct. 2-6.
Now in its ninth year, the festival is expanding to five days this year (from three in previous years). And if that's not enough, it has just been announced that legendary maestros Questlove and DJ Premier will host what can only be billed as "The Best Block Party Ever."
The event will also feature DJ sets by DJ Scratch and Young Guru — yes, the same one Jay Z is always shouting out — on the 1's and 2's.
Five-day passes are still available at a reasonable price for the festival, which will feature over 300 acts including Schoolboy Q, Ghostface Killah, A$AP Ferg, Pharoahe Monch, Too Short, Problem, 9th Wonder and many more.
In addition to a limitless supply of great music, A3C will also feature workshops, new product demos, keynote speakers, showcases and discussion panels, perfect for anyone that wants to get involved in the entertainment business or is looking to educate themselves on the ins and outs of the industry.
