DJ/producer DJ Wolf-D came into his own as a producer in 1994 when he got a job as an on air personality and Mix-Show DJ for WNOV in his hometown of Milwaukee, WI.
After years of doing his thing on air for WNOV and the Clear Channel owned WKKV, Milwaukee, Wolf-D landed his first commercial production gigs crafting hits and remixes for some of the biggest names in hip hop and R&B such as Aaliyah, Twista and Do or Die. He later helped B2K break into mainstream with his work as a producer on some of their early work.
It wasn't long before TV networks and film companies took notice of Wolf-D's work and before long he was making music for entertainment juggernauts like E! Networks and Fox Sports.
After a short stint on the west coast, Wolf-D was tapped by hip hop icon, Kool Mo Dee to be the legendary MC's full-time DJ while he was on the road with The Treacherous Three.
Wolf has since taken his talents back east, serving as an Associate Producer in the New York offices of Premiere Radio Networks, where he produces and engineers shows for some of the biggest names in entertainment from Ryan Seacrest to Elvis Duran.
Despite his success on air and behind the boards, DJ Wolf-D's heart is still in making music, and he's still got that fire.
Wolf is among the many producers who has music featured in the BET Music Library take a listen to some of his work below.
