Justin Timberlake Sustains a "TKO" on New Single

Singer unveils latest track off "20/20 Experience" sequel.

Justin Timberlake is in another losing bout against a seductive lady on the second single released yesterday (Sept. 19) to promo his forthcoming album The 20/20 Experience: 2 of 2. The Timbaland-produced "TKO" opens with a ratchet flow (the lyric "She kills me with that coo-coochie-coochie-coo" loops throughout the first few seconds), before JT gets to crooning about his latest love battle.

A thumping bass engorges the track, holding similar vocal production to Timberlake's "Cry Me A River." On "TKO" however, a new metaphor (boxing, of course) has emerged, but the lyrical makeup isn't too different. Only this time, instead of exposing his cheating lover, he accepts defeat, singing, "Can't fight no more/You knock me out/What am I supposed to do?"

And by the time the 32-year-old newlywed gets to the post-chorus, he basically surrenders: "I'm out for the count/Yeah, girl, you knock me out/ It's just a TKO."

The single, like most of the cuts off part one of The 20/20 Experience, has a hefty timestamp, coming in at just over seven-minutes-long.

The 20/20 Experience: 2 of 2 is out Sept. 30.
