Jim Jones was pulled over for speeding in the Bronx this morning and failed a sobriety test, reports TMZ.

Police suspected Jimmy Capo, the Harlem rapper, was under the influence of something when they approached his Chevy Impala and saw that his eyes were bloodshot, sources told the news site. Though it has not been confirmed what the substance was, the sources believe it was marijuana.

Aside from driving around New York, Jones is currently promoting his Vampire Life 3 mixtape, which has songs featuring Estelle and Jeremih.

No word yet on whether charges will be filed or bail needs to be paid.
