Judge rules that rapper can't come within 10 yards of pap following LAX altercation.
Kanye West was ordered to stay at least ten yards away from the paparazzo who he allegedly attacked at LAX airport in Los Angeles recently, TMZ reports. A judge granted the restraining order, requested by prosecutors, but refused to give in to requests that the rap superstar take anger management classes.
While the court case is ongoing and Yeezy may be held responsible for the altercation, which was captured by several cameras, this is a victory for the rapper and his lawyer Blair Berk. The powerful defense attorney is also asking the prosecution to hand over all the evidence they have to support their charge of criminal battery.
As for the mandate to stay away from the paps, we doubt that will be a problem for Kanye.
