Pusha T Downplays Clipse Reunion

King Push doesn't want to "mislead anybody," he said.

Last month, Pusha T opened up to Murder Dog magazine about the challenges of working without his brother, No Malice. The comments snowballed into reports of a possible Clipse reunion, fueled by no solid denial from the Virginia rappers.

Now, King Push has an answer and clarification over whether or not he was behind the rumors to begin with. "I never leaked anything about the Clipse. I didn't do that," he told DJ Heat of Washington, D.C.'s  WPGC 95.5, while smiling. "I wouldn't do that. So right now, I'm on my Pusha T right now. I don't want to mislead nobody but ... we just working."

That doesn't mean a collaboration is totally out of the question. No Malice is more than welcome to jump in the studio with Push. "I would love for that. I love my brother," the 36-year-old said.

Later in the interview, talk shifts back to his upcoming sophomore effort and the 20 days he will spend with the Neptunes. The experience has been "incredible" he said.

Pusha plans to tour for four months while recording. Once the jaunt wraps up, word is he'll narrow down a King Push release date.
