Over the last two years, Think It's A Game Entertainment has made an indelible mark on hip hop nationwide with the success of artists like Trinidad Jame$, Jacquees and Rich Homie Quan, and now the label's CEO, Fly is looking to growing T.I.G.'s brand into a global force.

"There's more things on my plate right now than ever before, but I love it," Fly told BET.com. "The biggest challenge is really just trying to find a balance with so many things going on. Right now we're celebrating the success of Quan's feature on YG's "My Hitta," [which also features Jeezy] record that went platinum, but at the same time we're looking ahead. We're developing an R&B artist, Jacquees. His brand is growing tremendously. Look out for Trinidad James album coming out later this year, Rich Homie Quan's album coming out later this year."

T.I.G. continues to gain momentum with every radio hit and, according to Fly, the success lies in the label's diversity.

"[Hip hop] had gotten to a point where there was a lack of creativity and everybody was just copying everybody else's style," he said. "On our roster, nobody sounds the same or has the same flow. Forte[Bowie] is somewhat an indie type, he can rap and he can sing. Trinidad is like more of an international sound. Quan's got his own style and Jacquees is a singer. So the label is not just about signing everything that sounds the same, we're about putting out good music that's fresh and different."

Fly has had quite a few reasons to celebrate since T.I.G.'s meteoric rise, including his most recent accolade: The Indie Spotlight Diamond Award for Indie Label of the Year. But he can still recall the first moment when he knew his team was onto something big.

"The first time I felt that natural high was when me and Mike WiLL were sitting down before I put out [Trinidad James'] "All Gold Everything" video and the video was complete," Fly remembered. "I told everybody, 'This is about to be huge,' and a week or two later, me and Mike WiLL were at the computer watching the video together and he had the same reaction that I had -- it gave me a certain feeling when I watched it and I knew that when the world gets ahold of this it's gonna start a trend."
