Chance the Rapper has been hospitalized. The Chicago MC fell ill after a show in Las Vegas and was forced to cancel his set at Coachella 2014 Monday night (April 21).

"On behalf of @chancetherapper and our entire team - We sincerely regret to have to cancel our 2nd weekend at coachella," his management tweeted from his account. "Chance fell ill on Friday night & was admitted to the hospital today [Sunday] - Doctors & family are with him & he is expected to make a full recovery."

Chance had a stellar first set the opening week of Coachella, surprising fans with his special guest Justin Bieber for a rendition of their song together, "Confident." He followed it up with a mini "birthday circuit" tour, hitting stages in Denver and Vegas (where he was joined by Waka Flocka Flame) to celebrate his turning 21.

It was after the Vegas show when he realized how sick he was. "Got the next two days off and got sick. #goeshomehappily," the birthday boy wrote Friday.

He hasn't tweeted since, but his management did add a shout out to concerned fans. "Thank you for the prayers and support during this time, Chance, his team and family deeply appreciate it."
