The mobile phone photoshoot that Wiz Khalifa orchestrated in an El Paso cell launched an investigation that he hopes will end with no repercussions.

The circumstances were simple, he told Hot 97 of the two flicks he snapped while being held for possession of less than a gram of marijuana. "They didn't search me enough, so I took a selfie in jail."

The modest pat down was how he got the mobile phone inside. Although he later got word of it being an issue, he says he hopes that it's not too big of deal. "I hope not, 'cause they were cool as hell," he said of the officers. "... I hope nobody got in trouble."

Wiz was was arrested in El Paso, Texas, last month (May 25). He was out later that day.
