If Azealia Banks intends on keeping her beef with T.I. going, she might want to protect her neck. TMZ ran into Tip in New York City last night (June 17) leaving a listening session for his Paperwork album, and he had a warning for Banks — and anybody else thinking of disrespecting his family.
"You can say what you want about me but if you say something about my family, man, I'mma go at you. I'mma be relentless," he said calmly before adding in his attack method. "I'll chew yo' throat off yo' neck if I need to because I have an oath to honor and respect, and maintain the honor and respect, and the integrity of my family."
Anyone who violates that oath will be addressed, he said. Then he suggested that everyone just leave him alone. "I'm not bothering anybody," he pointed out. "Just leave me and my family alone… You got a problem, say what you want about me, leave my family out of it."
Before his mini-interview with TMZ yesterday, T.I. counter-attacked Banks on Instagram after she dissed his wife. He called the 23-year-old a "musty-mouthed-thot-bot-bad-body-syphilis-lipped-rectum-vomit-unimportant-ugggggly-monstrosity," among other things.
He also threatened to "end" anyone speaking ill of his family, prompting Banks to respond with a barrage of tweets (including one about getting her lawyers involved), but she may already realize just how trivial the rift was to begin with. She eventually deleted all of the T.I.-related posts, with the exception of one photo on Instagram.
