Bad Boy rapper says he and Yeezus have been recording for each other's albums.
When Kanye West and French Montana aren't keeping up with a Kardashian, they're apparently in the booth working on each other's albums. The duo have at least five new songs on deck, French told MTV on the red carpet of the 2014 BET Awards.
"I love it," he said. "We've been working on his album and mines, so we're just going back and forth."
His collection, he added, will be titled Mac & Cheese. "It's like a follow up to all my mixtapes that I had."
Although no release date came with the announcement, French did note that his next single can be expected next month, plus there's more big-name features in store for the LP. "I got Kanye on the album, I got will.i.am on the album, I've got Durk on the album and Chinx."
His stu-time with Coke Boy signee Lil Durk is a similar fair-trade deal as the one he's got going with Yeezy. "Right now I'm working on Durk’s album," he revealed.
Meanwhile, it has been reported that West has also been recording with Rihanna and is working with Ma$e for the Harlem World rapper's next. As for his own, his Yeezus follow up, he's got Rick Rubin behind the boards with him.
