Lil Wayne Premieres Reginae Carter's 'Mind Goin Crazy'

Proud papa announces that his firstborn is officially a Young Money artist, drops her new video via his latest Weezy Wednesday webisode.

Those precious daddy-daughter moments between Lil Wanye and his eldest, Reginae Carterat the 2014 BET Awards was extended to Weezy Wednesdays this week. Weezy F. used the webisode to announce that his baby is officially getting that young mula as a YMCMB artist, and dropped the premiere of her new video, "Mind Goin' Crazy."

"This week is all about my daughter... shout out to all the Reginators out there," Weezy said. "...I know y'all saw her do her thing at the awards, and she rep'd us, ya dig? I want y'all to know that she's officially stamped as a Young Money artist... yes, Reginae Carter is a Young Money artist. And not only am I telling you that, I'm actually about to give you the first look at her first video, 'Mind Goin' Crazy.'"

Aside from the label deal, it seems the cash money endorsements are already rolling in for the young Carter. "This is a collaborative video with the product Hairfinity," Weezy added.

And although he's not clear on the release date for his own extended solo retirement (Tha Carter V and Da Other Album, at least), he does seem to recall that his firstborn — a singer, rapper, and author — will be dropping an entire album. "Be looking for her upcoming album, Becoming Reginae," he said.

"Turn down for what? I'm having too much fun," Reginae spits in the song.
