Father and son reportedly attacked for trying to record Queens rapper.
50 Cent's bodyguard is being criminally investigated over a mall fight last Sunday (Aug. 2). The bodyguard got physical with a man trying to record cellphone footage of the rap star while he was shopping at the Burbank Town Center, TMZ reports.
Fif was with his toddler son at the time, which may be why he was camera shy.
The accuser, Lazzeri Frazier, claims Fif's security snatched his phone away, and pushed him after the two exchanged words. Frazier's 16-year-old son was with him and tried to break up the fight. Instead of dissolving the disagreement, the teen got punched in the face by the bodyguard, who fled the scene before police could speak with him.
The G-Unit general isn't cooperating with police either, even though he's not a suspect.
Frazier and his son took photos of their lip and facial injuries. A witness substantiated his recount of the story.
Authorities intend on sending the case to prosecutors.
