Jeremih Facing Arrest Over Fuddruckers Incident
Stopping at a Fuddruckers last month could land Jeremih in police custody, reports TMZ. Authorities want the “Don’t Tell ‘Em” singer arrested on disorderly conduct and criminal mischief charges for throwing beer bottles at employees at a Billings, Mont., location in early November.
Jeremih and his entourage reportedly accused Fuddruckers management staff of being racist before the bottles started flying. Surveillance video allegedly shows the 27-year-old and his crew hurling bottles at employees who are standing behind a counter.
According to the manager of the chain, the R&B star and his troop got upset because a female employee complained when they wouldn’t stop flirting with her. Management asked that the group step away from the employee and they flipped out.
The hubbub cost the chain $700 in damage.
