Report: Fan Accuses Diddy of Assault at a Super Bowl Party

Alleged victim says he was punched in the face.

A disgruntled party-goer at a Super Bowl event in Arizona filed a battery complaint claiming that Diddy hit him, reports TMZ. The accuser was upset that the multimedia magnate did not "get the f**k on stage and perform," and confronted him for it.

Diddy was billed to host the Old Town Scottsdale Block Party, Feb. 1. According to the New Times, he arrived at the outdoor venue around 1:15 a.m. and immediately went to the V.I.P. section (a cabana, of course), spending perhaps 15 minutes with fans. Ticket prices ranged from $100 to $10,000 dollars.

Video footage obtained by TMZ captures the accuser, Steven Donaldson, yelling to Diddy, "F**k you for not performing" and muttering "f**king a**hole." He later added, "Get the f**k on the stage and perform."

Although the edited clip doesn't show any assault, Donaldson says Diddy's response was to punch him in the face, and then he (Donaldson) was escorted out by security. He says Diddy left before police arrived.

The insults seem unprovoked. Apparently, other than Donaldson's, there wasn't an expectation for Diddy to perform. Donaldson may have been a Seahawks fan.
