Singer won’t be required to attend further hearings.

Cee Lo Green has been complying with the terms of his probation stemming from a 2012 drug case. Green received a positive review when he appeared in a Los Angeles Superior Courthouse Monday (March 2), and will no longer have to attend court hearings on the matter.

The “F**k You” singer pleaded no contest to a felony charge that he gave a woman ecstasy without her knowledge. The accuser claims she woke up naked in his bed with no memory of what happened.

Green pleaded no contest to the drug charge. He was sentenced to three years of probation and 45 days of community service.  Sexual assault charges were dropped due to lack of evidence.

In Sept. 2014, Green was publicly lambasted for controversial tweets about the alleged rape that read in part, “If someone is passed out they're not even WITH you consciously. People who have really been raped REMEMBER!!!"

He later apologized
