Iggy Azalea Breaks Social-Media Silence for Update on New Collaboration

The rapper has recorded a new track called "Pretty Girls" with Britney Spears.

Iggy Azalea handed over the reins to both her Twitter and Instagram accounts earlier this year after a few cyber run-ins with trolls. Now, however, she's briefly returned to the social media platforms to promote her new collaboration with Britney Spears.

Their new track, titled "Pretty Girls," is set to welcome Spears back to the music spotlight and extend the Aussie's long list of collaborations even further.

"Hi just wanted to come online and tell you all how extremely excited iam for Pretty Girls to be released & that we are going to perform it 2," she tweeted.

Finding the need to say more, the "Fancy" rapper went on to tell her fans that she is still on a social-media sabbatical but wants to do a "monthly chat" with them. She ended her brief tweeting spree by dishing details on her current recording situation, revealing that she is hard at work on new music that her "earlier fans will be happy 2 hear."
