Kendrick Lamar Opens Up to Fans in Twitter Q&A
To say that Kendrick Lamar isn't active on social media wouldn't be a stretch.
But on Wednesday night, K. Dot took to his Twitter account to answer fans' questions in an impromptu Q&A session. Just like his rhymes, Lamar didn't disappoint, giving fans more of his personality and beliefs, tweeting them back and forth for just over an hour.
When asked about his opinion on Lil Wayne, Kendrick responded "1 of the most influential artist of this generation and still hungry."
The Compton rhyme spitter also surprisingly named Earl Sweatshirt his favorite artist in the game right now.
He said Iceberg Slim was his secret inspiration behind his new To Pimp a Butterfly album, additionally tweeting that he felt "spirits while writing" and that "the good ones helped the completion."
King Kendrick's Twitter session also included him saying that he hopes to visit college campuses and speak to students, as well as embark on a world tour soon.
"God willing," Lamar said about traveling and performing around the globe. "Soon enuff."
