Rihanna has a new joint for fans to enjoy “in celebration of 420.”
To commemorate the weed smoker’s holiday, the 27-year-old released an interlude from her upcoming R8 album today, appropriately titled "James Joint."
Whether it’s the weed, the love interest or the emotion motivating this smooth interlude, it's definitely working in Rihanna's favor. “I’d rather be smoking weed whenever we breathe, every time to you kiss me,” she sings above the instrumental. “Don’t say that you miss me, just come get me.”
The bajan beauty has said before that she’s leaning towards more “timeless” records for R8, and this one sounds strong enough to qualify — even if it's not a full song.
