50 Cent Talks Reconciling With Floyd Mayweather: 'We’ve Been Good'
Update: 50 Cent spoke to MTV News at CinemaCon 2015 about why he reunited with his former foe Floyd Mayweather. “We’ve been good,” he said. “My younger brother happens to be the best fighter in the world and makes $200 million dollars in 36 minutes. How do you tell him what to do? Sometimes he’s not right. Because everyone else is co-dependent, they can’t agree. You have that argument until he starts to look at it and go, ‘Alright, he was right.’”
50 Cent was also asked the hypothetical question: Does Floyd chose him or Justin Bieber as his best friend? Watch here to find out his response.

When Floyd Mayweather squares up with Manny Pacquiao on May 2 for one of the most anticipated bouts in boxing history, he’ll likely have a familiar face in his corner.
Early this morning, 50 Cent posted a photo on his Instagram account that showed the Queens rapper standing beside his former BFF and current undisputed champion boxer Money Mayweather, seemingly announcing an end to their long and bitter beef.
"THE original MONEY TEAM, you gotta love it,” 50 wrote in the photo’s caption, referring to the 38-year-old fighter as his “brother” and plugging the long-awaited May 2 contest. “Don't get scared now."
50 and Floyd’s falling out dates back to 2012, shortly after Mayweather was released from a 60-day jail stint. Its highlights included a reading challenge, back-and-forth exchanges via press and a promoter putting up $5 million to see Fif and Mayweather actually throw on some boxing gloves and duke it out.
For now, though, it seems the Money Team is reassembled. Where’s Justin Bieber at?
