Jay Z Is Entering the Talk Show Game
Jay Z's 40/40 Club is branching out from its regular routine of late night entertainment and delving into the talk show circuit. The Manhattan hot spot will serve as the official set for a new online talk show called 40/40 Live.
According to Billboard, the show will be hosted by WNBA star and first lady of Roc Nation Sports Skylar Diggins and will range in topics from sports to pop culture. The show's focus is described as one which combines "the worlds of hip hop and sports celebrity."
Jigga's Life+Times media group will co-produce the new venture, which is said to "provide a fresh and unfiltered conversation around sports, fame [and] music."
40/40 Live will create new content for Life+Times's sites, including a syndication by Amazon and CBS. Could a TIDAL exclusive be in the near future? We have a strong feeling that it's very possible.
