A$AP Rocky is getting his fans excited for At. Long. Last. A$AP by releasing teasers that showcase the various influences he was inspired by when making the album. During his CRWN interview with Elliott Wilson held last month, he spoke about why he’s into psychedelics and how it helps him create music in a new perspective. In his latest video, “LSD,” we get an actual look at the trippy and ambient vibe he’s been on lately.
Directed by Dexter Navy and co-directed by Rocky himself, the clip shows the Harlem rapper hitting the streets of Shinjuku in Tokyo, wandering around with the girl of his dreams. While under the influence, he stimulates our senses by showing us what’s it like to be on LSD. Combined with his love for opulence, the video captures the aesthetic of Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas and it's exciting to revel in. Just like his “Lord Pretty Flacko Jodye 2” video, he also shares a snippet of another track off the album called “Excuse Me.”
You can watch “LSD” below. ALLA drops on June 2.
