Haters, and ex-boyfriends beware: Nicki Minaj’s clap back game is nothing to mess with.
Queen Barbie took shots at her ex, Safaree Samuels, on Twitter last night for dropping a diss track about her. If Samuels wanted to grab her attention, he succeeded.
“Don’t make me do this,” Minaj tweeted, before she opened the flood gates. "Lesson: don't cheat on a loyal woman. God will punish u. When he does, tell people the truth. The truth may set u free.
She continued, "Took a person with me to fame & fortune. These dudes leave their girl in the hood. Tell ppl the truth or you will b doomed."
Instead of focusing it all on Samuels, Minaj's turned some of the tweets into testimony on personal growth. “God gave me a good heart," she wrote. "I always let ppl get over on me way too long. But that's why I'm blessed. I'll always b blessed. May God keep u. Enough with the pity party. Just live your life.”
Meek Mill, also got a shout out, just as she softened the blows against Samuels. “I’m happy today not b/c of meek. but b/c i know Im a good person. Don't hate u. Will always love u. I forgive u. It's time to move on.”
In a follow-up tweet she wrote, “just for the record, I'm in love with meek," and closed out the barrage of tweets with a final thought on her previous relationship. “Making a 12 yr relationship work at such young ages? We're BOTH the real MVP. things got rocky at the end but we had a GREAT run.”
