Flavor Flav Gets Off in Fireworks Criminal Case
Flavor Flav just got off the hook in a criminal case linked to his explosive festivities last July. According to TMZ, more information on the case wasn't gathered in time for it to move forward, so prosecutors were forced to toss it.
Flav was busted last July 4 for setting off 100 lbs. of illegal fireworks at his Las Vegas home.
Interestingly enough, this is not the first time that the Public Enemy member faced off with law enforcement over illegal fireworks. Dating back to 2009, the 56-year-old has been making lots of noise with his July 4 parties. In one case back in 2013, cops showed up to Flav's house to deliver a stern warning after he boasted about his arsenal and collection of fireworks.
Despite the threats made by prosecutors and officials, Flav still seems unfazed. July 4 is just around the corner. Let's see what shenanigans he has up his sleeve — if any — this time around.
