Justin Bieber's Bodyguard Sentenced to Jail Time
How do you stop paparazzi from taking pictures? Well, taking someone's camera has proven to be not the best approach.
A security guard for Justin Bieber did just that and on Tuesday was ordered to serve 45 days in jail.
According to the Associated Press, Hugo Hesny, 33, asked photographer Jason Winslow to leave the premises outside an arcade in Sandy Springs, an Atlanta suburb, back in February 2014.
Winslow claims Hesny chased him, opened the door of his vehicle and took his camera. Originally, Hesny told police he didn't take the camera, but officers found it in an SUV belonging to Bieber's crew. Then, Hesny admitted that he wanted to delete the photos taken.
In addition to the 45 days in jail, Fulton County Superior Court Judge Ural Glanville also ordered Hesny 22 months and 15 days on probation and to serve 200 hours of community service.
Under the deal reached, this incident won't appear as a conviction on Hesny's criminal record.
