Ja Rule Breaks Down #MeekMillVsDrake

"It probably wasn't as tough on me as it is on Meek," he says.

If ever there's someone to give Meek Mill advice right now, it's Ja Rule.

The Queens-bred rapper/actor took the hot seat on Charlamagne Tha God's Uncommon Sense this week to break down exactly what that was when Meek picked a fight and then lost to Drake.

He compared it to his own now-deaded –– but still one of the most epic rap beefs of all time –– fued with 50 Cent. "With me and 50's beef I couldn't say what I really wanted to say because we were under federal investigation," he said. "... So by the time I did respond, everybody was like, awww too late, he hit you with 17 joints. ... Then I went and made a whole album, I went overboard."

PEACEKEEPRS: RAP BEEF MEDIATORS

Still, he said, "It probably wasn't as tough on me as it is on Meek."

Advice he would give the Philly rapper, "it's not good advice," he admitted. But remember, "it's a silly rap beef, at the end of the day."

Besides, added Charlamagange, "Social media is the undisputed winner of the Meek/Drake war because it kept it from ever becoming a real war in the first place."

So, thanks memers. This is the one time we won't say, 'keep your hands to yourself.'

Ja Rule's new show, Follow the Rules premieres on MTV October 26 at 10 p.m.
