Fetty Wap Makes History on Billboard Rap Songs Chart

Is Fetty unstoppable?

With a new entry on the Billboard Hot Rap Songs Chart, Fetty Wap is making history. His single, “Again,” debuts at No. 8 to make Fetty the only solo act to have their first four singles place simultaneously, in the 26-year history of the tally.

Fetty’s other singles, “My Way" and “679,” land at No. 3 and No. 5 respectively, while the heater “Trap Queen” sits at No. 2.

As MTV News notes, the New Jersey native hit a marker that mega rappers like Nicki Minaj and Jay Z never reached.

The last person to come close was 50 Cent with three singles in 2005, and the first artist to land four concurrent singles on the Hot Rap Songs charts was T.I., in 2009.
