Despite being locked up at the time, Tupac's pen never stopped moving. Those lyrics that he penned while in prison are now resurfacing and they're being auctioned off for a huge sum later this month in London.

According to Time, two handwritten manuscripts signed by Pac will be a part of Sotheby's Rock & Pop sale on Sept. 29. They will run between $50,000 and $80,000 in price.

The rhymes include lyrics the late MC penned for "Ambitionz Az a Ridah," the first track he ever laid down after being released in 1995 and the opener for his fourth album All Eyez on Me, released four months after he left prison after serving a sentence for sexual assault. The LP went on to sell more than half a million copies in its first week. It holds a certain significance in his career as it was the last album he released before being fatally show in September 1996.

Sotheby's expert on books and maniscripts, Gabriel Heaton, says the company is excited to auction off the item. "We are delighted to have this item in our sale, it's a really unusual item," he said. "[Tupac] He is a fixture of enormous popularity and great cultural significance, so we are confident there'll be a lot of interest."
