Why “Make the Bed” if it’s just going to get messed up anyway?

That’s the focus of a new track K. Michelle teased on Instagram earlier today. Michelle, who recently canceled a joint tour with Azealia Banks, has been pretty busy shooting her VH1 show, joyriding with Safaree Samuels (they’re just friends, by the way) and recording a third studio album.

For the new LP, Michelle has said that she doesn’t want to be labeled as an R&B artist. Teaming with Derulo could very well give her exposure in the pop music lane, since he’s big on the radio these days.
